Shareholder Rerating
0.6.0Published 2026-09-10>=0.5.0Methodology
Finds Korea-listed companies whose profits and capital can pay a shareholder return programme, checks that the programme is being executed rather than announced, and judges whether that closes the discount the shares trade at. Financials are read on capital, non-financials on cash.

Whose work this is
This methodology is ported. Porting a prompt makes a derivative work, so the attribution is part of what the package is: it is on the manifest, it is shown before anyone agrees to install it, and the original licence notice ships inside the package.

The source repository did not carry a standalone licence file at the pinned commit. Its copyright holder requested this public catalogue port in untilled/aumos-catalogue#256; this derivative methodology package is distributed under the MIT License stated by aumos.json. No account data, credentials, historical decision ledger, thesis text, order implementation, cache, backup or private workspace artifact from the source repository is included — in particular none of its order code, no broker credential, and no personal position ledger.
The reference case named in README.md is a historical illustration of the methodology drawn from that repository's own planning notes. It is the source's claim rather than an externally re-verified one: no execution or liquidation record was re-audited for this port, and no return, backtest or track record is asserted anywhere in this package.
Every figure in fixtures/ is invented for the arithmetic it exercises. None of it is a price record and none of it is taken from the source repository's private files.
The names OpenDART and Toss identify independent data providers. They do not endorse this package.
